At the end of 2013, the international consultant refused the extension of the assignment for improvements to the software and additional trainings.
The Project stalled for a few months during the negotiation with the international company for the extension of the assignment and additional 3 months were spent recruiting another national company.
The Steering Committee decided to recruit a national consultancy company to perform the activities identified (improvement to the software, additional trainings).
