The program responds to a formal request from the Ministry of Education of El Salvador (MINED) in pursuit of the reform policy of the national education system. The MINED intends to expand the educational offer in the framework of the high school reform at the national level, addressing the youngsters aged 15 to 19 years and offering vocational training targeted to effective integration into labor system, focusing on the prevention of youth violence. read more close

The project will involve 50 schools located in 44 Municipalities distributed among 12 Departments of El Salvador. The students directly benefitting from the program will be 4440 aged 15 to 19 years old, selected respecting gender equality.
