OUTCOME 1: Democratic electoral processes are rooted in professional and impartial electoral management. OUTCOME 2: An empowered citizenry is able to make an informed choice. OUTCOME 3: Women candidates are equipped with skills to participate successfully in electoral processes.

The beneficiaries of the project are: i. The electoral management body, in particular the nine members of the ISIE board (le conseil), the ISIE Executive Director and the ISIE secretariat staff in Tunis as well as the staff of the field offices. ii. The members of civil society organisations representing vulnerable groups and the Tunisian potential voters with visual, hearing and language impairment. iii. Women candidates, in particular 200 women candidates who will be nominated by their political parties to run in the upcoming elections.
