Direct beneficiaries of the project are 4846 inmates of prisons in Garoua, Douala and Mbalmayo of which 429 minors and 34 women. Direct beneficiaries are also prison and judiciary staff, social actors who work in the prisons and the prisoners' families. Indirect beneficiaries are the inmates of other prisons around the country and the population of the regions involved.
