Direct beneficiaries of the project are, for the hospital component and care, about 3400 women hospitalized at Maternity Ward, 2800 children hospitalized at the Department of Pediatrics, more than 500 infants admitted to the Neonatal Unit, and overall people who will benefit from hospital services, the nearly 13000 hospitalized patients. Indirect beneficiaries are all the inhabitants of South West Shoa Zone which are estimated to be around 1087861.
