The intervention areas are the provinces of Sancti Spiritus and Artemisa, characterized by the presence of population of agro-industrial production of major importance for the economy of the country.

The direct beneficiaries were identified in 1250 families related to municipalities where the project will take place in the regions of Sancti Spiritus and Artemisa totalling some 6200 people, of whom at least 45% women.
